We Cant Move On!

Not even two weeks into 2018 and people are already dragging the crap of 2017 and every year before along with them. I say this in regards to the College Football National Championship. Which by all accounts was a good game?

However, instead of hearing about the thrilling joys and pain of the championship. A lot of people have chosen to ramble on and on about how much they dislike the halftime show which featured Hip Hop artist Kendrick Lamar.

If you don't rap music that's understandable like all forms of music different strokes for different folks. Maybe you do like rap music, or you are not a Kendrick Lamar fan that's fine as well. I'm not a huge Kendrick fan myself. Nevertheless, referring to him as an animal, degenerate, sub-human or some illiterate, unintelligent buffoon when you know nothing about him. This is ignorance at its highest level.

One could even overlook the name calling of Mr. Lamar as celebrity bashing is always in style, but the attacks moved beyond him and onto his fans and supporters. A couple of things here if you believe a genre of music is behind the downfall of America or will lead to the destruction of America you need help.

Secondly referring to African Americans as apes, monkeys, chimpanzees or any other primate not called homo sapiens is highly offensive no it's racist maybe somehow you don't know this but as intelligent as many of you claim to be I'm quite sure you do.

So, if you don't Kendrick Lamar tremendous and if you don't like rap music even better but stop using that as an excuse to express an antiquated ideology on what is and what isn't creative. More importantly, stop using anyone or anything that doesn't look, act or sound like you as a smokescreen to spout your racist viewpoint.
