Day 10



Two out of the past three days I awoke before the alarm clock went off. Take that you ole buzzer.





Jokes aside this whole waking up at 5 AM is more than just getting up early. What good would it be for me to get up earlier and not take advantage of it?

Not only is my productivity up but my focus and clarity are very acute. This increase in productivity has less to do with waking up earlier and more to do with the focus and discipline that is required to wake up earlier when you don’t need to.

This uptake in productivity stems from ideas coming to me faster and more well-formed. That leads to me being able to create more which keeps my overactive brain happy on the task at hand knowing that something new is right around the corner.

Its empowering to have an idea pop into my mind and I can just jump on it. Case in point this blog post which came to me while waiting for the bus and I was able to get the post up and running on the bus.


Rock on Note 8.

With each day I can feel my energy level increasing. I’m having way more thoughts but they are clearer and not just a ball of confusion. Other benefits of waking up 5 AM I am eating healthier. I was never bad or an unhealthy eater but even here I have made improvements. I am drinking a lot more water and consuming more fruit. That morning apple and banana gets the day going.
